We offer free standard delivery on Kockney Koi Yamitsu Wheatgerm Stick Floating Fish Stix 1kg to the UK Mainland for most orders that are over £50* (see exclusions below). Items that are considered larger than average will incur a delivery charge. Similarly, orders under £50 and are considered smaller items, will incur a delivery charge of £3.49 or £4.95 to UK Mainland.
*Larger items that are over 1 metre in length are subject to additional charges for certain areas – you will be notified if this is the case when you add the items to your basket. When you proceed to check out, then implement your delivery address and details, there will be a message explaining whether your postcode incurs extra costs before any money is taken. In the unfortunate event of unwanted items, you have 14 days to return with a receipt. A refund will not be issued until our checks determine that it is still brand new and unused. The cost of returning the {Product name} falls on the customer, unless there has been an issue on our end.
