We offer free standard delivery on Kockney Koi Perforated Insert For 43mm Fittings to the UK Mainland for most orders that are over £50* (see exclusions below). Items that are considered larger than average will incur a delivery charge. Similarly, orders under £50 and are considered smaller items, will incur a delivery charge of £3.49 or £4.95 to UK Mainland.

In the unfortunate event of unwanted items, you have 14 days to return with a receipt. The Kockney Koi Perforated Insert For 43mm Fittings must be intact, and in complete resalable condition. A refund will not be issued until our checks determine that it is still brand new and unused. The cost of returning the {Product name} falls on the customer, unless there has been an issue on our end.

Proof of purchase must be received in order to obtain a refund or exchange.
