UK Mainland deliveries only; including England, Wales and some regions of Scotland.
We offer free standard delivery on Juwel Carbon Sponge Filter to the UK Mainland for most orders that are over £50* (see exclusions below). Items that are considered larger than average will incur a delivery charge. Similarly, orders under £50 and are considered smaller items, will incur a delivery charge of £3.49 or £4.95 to UK Mainland.
*Larger items that are over 1 metre in length are subject to additional charges for certain areas – you will be notified if this is the case when you add the items to your basket. When you proceed to check out, then implement your delivery address and details, there will be a message explaining whether your postcode incurs extra costs before any money is taken. You can, however, email us if you have an issue with your Juwel Carbon Sponge Filter order.

In the unfortunate event of unwanted items, you have 14 days to return with a receipt. The Juwel Carbon Sponge Filter must be intact, and in complete resalable condition. A refund will not be issued until our checks determine that it is still brand new and unused. The cost of returning the {Product name} falls on the customer, unless there has been an issue on our end.
In the unlikely event of faulty items, you have 30 days to return the Juwel Carbon Sponge Filter and even longer for items with manufacturer’s guarantee. Proof of purchase must be received in order to obtain a refund or exchange. However, this excludes damages caused by accidents, neglect or misuse of the Juwel Carbon Sponge Filter. Tests will be conducted to see if the item is faulty; if not there will be a £18 charge for the redelivery of the item and to cover testing costs for a non-faulty item. Smaller items are subject to a normal delivery charge, plus an admin fee if found not to be faulty.
