In the unfortunate event of unwanted items, you have 14 days to return with a receipt. The Hozelock EcoPower Foam for 4000 6000 and 10000 Filters must be intact, and in complete resalable condition. A refund will not be issued until our checks determine that it is still brand new and unused. The cost of returning the {Product name} falls on the customer, unless there has been an issue on our end.

In the unlikely event of faulty items, you have 30 days to return the Hozelock EcoPower Foam for 4000 6000 and 10000 Filters and even longer for items with manufacturer’s guarantee. Proof of purchase must be received in order to obtain a refund or exchange. However, this excludes damages caused by accidents, neglect or misuse of the Hozelock EcoPower Foam for 4000 6000 and 10000 Filters. Tests will be conducted to see if the item is faulty; if not there will be a £18 charge for the redelivery of the item and to cover testing costs for a non-faulty item.
