PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY
The Product must be identical and must be from a UK based internet shopping site.
Available to UK residents only.
The product must be available and currently in stock, new, not damaged and identical to our product.
Products must include vat at the current rate.
The product must not be part of bankrupt stock or end of line clearance items, shop soiled or otherwise, linked to any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers or special bundle deals.
We will not consider price match on any items offered cheaper through any sort of auction site, or from competitors offering imported goods or products.
The site where you have seen it cheaper must be a genuine bona fide UK based company.
We will not consider price match when the site you have seen it on is not able or prepared to deliver due to your delivery address being out of their delivery area, or when their delivery charges once added to the product exceed the overall cost to the customer, therefore making the final total cost payable more expensive than ours in the first place, (this is because some companies may apear to be selling the product cheaper, but build the extra cost into their delivery charges).
Price match will be looked at on product only, (excluding cases where cost has obviously been built into the competitors delivery charge as mentioned above). Our delivery terms are seperate and clearly explained, please do not waste your time and ours with such requests. If you want free delivery to UK Mainland the total value of goods ordered must be £50.00 or more, otherwise it is £5.99 (other areas vary) Please see our Delivery Terms as well as our full Terms and Conditions before submitting your enquiry
Please note that price match may not be possible on large / bulky or excessive weight items in the first place, before you submit your enquiry.
You must provide the actual URL of the page that shows the product you are enquiring about as well as the URL of the website itself, so that we dont have to spend time trawling through the website put forward trying to find the product. If you fail to provide this information we will not look into the enquiry
We must be able to verify the cheaper price, and able to check the url address which you must provide, of where you have seen the same product offered at a lower price.
Price match will not be possibe after an order has been processed.
Price match may only be possible on certain product lines, exclusions apply, therefore we do not guarantee to price match, but are happy to look at enquiries put forward, and where possible will price match where conditions are met and will email you with our decision as soon as possible, once the conditions set out above have been thoroughly checked.
