The seals dry up over time, making them susceptible to wear. There fore, it is recommended to lubricate all rubber parts (ex.: motor head seal ring Aqua Stop seal ring, etc.) with Silicone Lubricant helps prolong the life of seal rings and makes it easier to refit and remove any parts when cleaning.
