Free Delivery To UK Mainland On Orders Over £50.00

Orders under the value of £50.00 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.

COLLECT IN STORE OPTION : If customers wish to collect goods ordered themselves, simply place your order and tick the box provided as you go through the ordering process to say you are collecting the goods, and the delivery will be deducted if it was applicable in the first place. Please note you must wait for a confirmation email prior to collection, so that we can inform you when your order will be ready before your visit, otherwise you may have a wasted journey. Please print off your order confirmation as you will be asked to provide this, so that we can check your order i.d, name and address. *Collect In Store is subject to stock availability, you can either call us on 01922 416284 to check stock, or we will inform you if there are any problems when we receive your order, as some items are shipped directly from our suppliers and are not carried as stock items in store. *Please note we are closed on Wednesdays. Prices on our website reflect the different cost structure of our internet business, therefore, prices in store may vary for equivalent products. Please do not request internet prices in store. Goods for our mail order business do not neccesarily come from stock held in store. If the items you require happen to be cheaper on our website, simply place your order on line for delivery or select 'Collect In Store' - the choice is yours. Staff are not there during shop hours to compare prices and work out what is going to be the best way for you to purchase your goods - this is upto the customer, and we are giving you the choice, but please follow the correct procedure as stated. (Eire) / EUROPE – Delivery quote to follow– please add items required to your basket in the usual way and we will email you with a quote for delivery, you will then have the option to go back to your order and proceed or decline before any payment is taken. (this is so a quote for delivery can be given based on the size / weight / volume of your order) The delivery quote provided will be valid for 7 days, if you have not proceeded to checkout and completed your order within this time we will presume that you do not wish to continue with your order, therefore it will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order and obtain a new delivery quote after this 7 day period.

Please Note That If An Incorrect Country / Area is Selected, Orders WILL NOT Be Processed Until Further Contact Has Been Made With The Customer And Correct Delivery Charges Have Been Applied.

Most orders will be delivered using a courier, although very small items may be sent via Royal Mail, (UK Mainland Only) we will choose the most cost effective way to send orders regardless as to what delivery charges have been applied, for example a small item that can go in a jiffy bag may well be sent via Royal Mail and cost less than the £5.99 applied for UK Mainland delivery, equally, if orders need to go out on a pallet or several pallets which would cost us in excess of £50.00 per pallet, the customer will still only be charged £5.99 (UK mainland only)if the order value is less than £50.00, or it will be free delivery if order value is £50.00 or more, it simply works both ways as we cannot possibly anticipate what a customer is likely to order,- if you want free delivery to UK Mainland your order value must be £50.00 or more. Offshore /Highlands & Islands / Europe are likely to always be despatched by courier, as we prefer to track orders directly to the customer which can be done with a courier service, where as Royal Mail are often only trackable untill it leaves the UK.

Should you wish your goods to be delivered by our couriers and left without a signature, (UK Mainland only) you can inform us by leaving a note in the box provided when placing your order, so that we have it in writing that you have requested this. However, please note that the goods will be left entirely at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage under any circumstances, and there will be no exceptions

It may not be possible to apply notes / special instructions for delivery on items sent via Royal Mail.
Some Couriers only allow a space for a maximum of 25 characters on their labels for instructions including gaps, therefore it may not be possible to apply lengthy notes for the drivers, so any such requests will not be included / added to the parcel.

C.D. Aquatics will make every effort to despatch goods ordered within 2 -5 working days of stock items, subject to clearance of payment.
Upon delivery, ALL items should be checked and inspected upon arrival and only signed for if delivered in good condition.
If a consignment or packaging is damaged in any way upon delivery it MUST be stated on the note at the time of delivery, you must then report this to us at once (within 24 hours) If this procedure is not followed, we cannot replace or change any damaged goods.

If customers wish to collect goods ordered themselves, place your order on our website and place a note in the space provided to say that you will be collecting, we will email you prior to collection, so that we can inform you when your order will be ready for collection before your visit, or you can call us on 01922 416284. Please note that confirmation of order, and proof of payment will be asked for if applicable, and if the order value is under £50.00 the delivery charge of £5.99 (for UK Mainland) (conditions may apply for other areas) will still be applicable, and will still be added to your order if the total value is less than £50.00 even if you collect it is simply up to the customer if they choose to collect orders themselves by arrangement and prefer not to wait for delivery by courier or otherwise. Free Delivery for UK Mainland only applies on orders over the value of £50.00 regardless as to whether you collect or have it delivered.

On most orders despatched, we are able to use a consignment tracking system to find the current status of consignments, if goods are not delivered within 21 days please contact us direct on 01922 416284 so that checks can be made, and, if necessary, offer you options of alternative products or refund.
