Delivery For UK Mainland only (England & Wales)
Orders under the value of £60.00 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.
Most orders over the value of £60.00 will be delivered free of charge with the exception of bulky or excessive weight items which are clearly marked regardless of the total value of order such as: some filter media and 25kg salt for example.
However, these excluded items bound for England & Wales have a subsidised delivery charge built in, so no extra cost for delivery needs to be added anyway, unless the order value is less than £60.00.

Delivery outside of UK Mainland
For deliveries within Mainland Scotland, the Highlands & islands of Scotland, Grampian, Isle Of Mann, Isle Of Wight, Scilly isles, Channel Islands, Eire, & Northern Ireland, Dublin County, Jersey & Guernsey, orders will be processed pending further contact to discuss additional delivery costs which, if agreed would be charged by a seperate transaction before dispatch. Or you can contact us on 01922 416248 for delivery charges before orders are placed.

Please provide a contact number – this is very important so that we can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date, as you will need to be in to receive the delivery.

C.D.Aquatics will make every effort to dispatch goods ordered within 7 working days providing they are in stock.
Upon delivery, ALL items should be checked and inspected upon arrival and only signed for if received in good condition.
If a consignment or packaging is damaged in any way upon delivery it MUST be stated on the note at the time of delivery, you must then report this to us at once (within 24 hours) If this procedure is not followed, we cannot replace or change any damaged goods. If customers wish to collect goods ordered themselves, please ring 01922 416284, please note that confirmation of order, and proof of payment will be asked for if applicable.

On most orders dispatched, we are able to use a consignment tracking system to find the current status of consignments, if goods are not received within 28 days please contact us direct on 01922 416284 so that checks can be made, and, if necessary, offer you options of alternative products or refund.

Returns/ Refunds
You have 7 days from receipt of goods in which you can return unwanted items.
Customers must bear the cost of returning goods unless an error on delivery of incorrect items sent for example, is on our part.
When returned items are received by us and have been checked thoroughly that they have been returned in good order, unused, and as brand new, then and only then, will a refund be granted.
We do not accept responsibility for goods broken in transit on returned items due to poor packaging or otherwise,it will be upto the customer to sort this out with the courier/postal service they have used.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we do not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, but are not received by us unless proof of delivery or receipt by carrier is supplied.

Products that carry a manufacturers guarantee can be returned, along with proof of purchase if faulty to us for exchange or refund during the warranty period. All products still in warranty will be tested upon return.
Products that are custom made or specially ordered are non returnable unless faulty.
Goods are not allowed to be tried / tested.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by telephone, if however the item has had to be especially ordered or manufactured by us we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking / handling fee.
If the goods have already been dispatched, the customer will still be liable for a delivery charge regardless of whether the order was or was not subject to a delivery charge initially, and must also bear the cost of returning the cancelled order once dispatch has taken place.
If orders have had to be returned because cancellation was not made prior to dispatch, it is also the customers responsibility to ensure that we receive the goods back in perfect condition, otherwise a refund will not be granted.
